Thomas Allen "Tom" Bobo April 20, 1933 ~ June 01, 2022
Tom Bobo, 89, of Russellville, entered his eternal home on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. The son of Jeff Davis and Esther Selma Bobo, he was born April 20, 1933, in Houston, TX. He was a United States Air Force Veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Tom will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. He was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church where he had served as an elder and enjoyed cooking, travelling, camping, activities with the Russellville Community Theatre and spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Elsa Bobo; his parents; two sons, Thomas Allen Bobo Jr. and Richard Davis Bobo, as well as seven siblings.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth Bobo (Liz), Coral Springs, FL; daughter, Nancy Bedwell (Chris), Tucson, AZ; daughter-in-law, Jeanne Bobo, Russellville; four grandchildren, Derrick Bobo (Jenny); Christopher Thomas; Leah Glasco; three great granddaughters, Kadyn Prater-Bobo; Trinity Bobo; Faith Bobo; two brothers, John Bobo and Jeff Bobo, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at 12:00pm Friday, June 10, 2022 at St. John's Lutheran Church. Pastor Darrell Kobbs and Pastor Ringer will officiate. Burial will be at Lutherville Cemetery in Lutherville by Humphrey Funeral Service. Full military honors will be provided by Rogers-Rye Post of the VFW.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on Thursday, at the funeral home.
