Gordon Lynn Westwood passed away on July 26, 2022. He was born to Neil Westwood and Ida Blake in Moab, Utah on September 9, 1924. Gordon spent most of his growing up years in Moab, Utah doing all the things a boy would love to do. He joined the Army Air Corp in August 1943. He was a tail gunner on a B17 during WW11. He flew 35 missions over Germany and France which helped secure our freedoms. He was honorably discharged in October of 1945. Soon after he was discharged his parents moved to Spanish Fork, Utah where he met Colleen Pace. He and Colleen were married in 1948. They had 8 children. Gordon and Colleen later divorced in 1971. Gordon soon met and married Eva Selman on September 9, 1974. Through their marriage, he gained two more sons, and had a wonderful spouse who helped him live a wonderful life. Gordon was baptized and became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 1953. He faithfully served in many church positions and has spent countless hours doing temple work for the dead. Gordon and Eva served in the Puerto Rico San Juan Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at the Bonneville 10th Ward building located at 1498 E. 800 S. Provo, Utah from 9:30 am to 10:45 am. Funeral services will be at the same location at 11:00 am. Interment will take place following the funeral services at Spanish Fork, Utah Cemetery.
