She born in Green Bank Pocahontas County,WV on January 28, 1925 to the late Jonas Wardell Wilfong and Ruth Bryant Arbogast Wilfong who preceded her in death. She went to be with the Lord in the early morning of July3, 2022 in her home with her family by her side. She was proceeded in death by her husband Ralph Sterling Tacy Sr. and three sons Robert Wardell Tacy , Lester Dale Tacy and Philip Boyd Tacy.
Ralph and Dollie was married on July 5, 1941 in Monterey Virgina. They had a large family of eight boys and four girls and several grandchildren and great gandchildern and great- great grandchildren.
She loved the Lord and loved reading her Bible. She attended the Rowlesburg Southern Baptish Church. She once was a Sunday School teacher. She loved taking care of her flowers and garden. She loved her baby sitting kids. She lived to be 97 years old and passed two days before her wedding anniversary on July 5th.
