A celebration of the life of Barbara (Clark) Lasyone Stiefer will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 17, 2022 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 2010 Texas Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457. A private, family-led burial of her cremated remains will follow at Red Rock Cemetery near Vowells Mill at a later date.

Barbara was born on March 17, 1933 to A.V. and Delia Clark in Vowells Mill, LA and passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022. She was the 7th child of 10 children. For many years she was a resident of Shreveport, LA but returned home to Provencal to live closer to family during her later years in life. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed fellowship with her church family. She will be dearly missed but always remembered as a loving mother and caring Granny to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She is survived by one of her 3 children, 6 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
