Fort Worth, Texas - James Samuel Amos, Jr., 77, of Fort Worth passed away peacefully in Burleson on March 31, 2022, with his daughter, son & grandson by his side. A Visitation for Amos (as he was known by) will be held on Thursday, April 7 from 10am to 12pm. A Celebration of Life will follow immediately at High Noon. Both services will occur at Carter Metropolitan CME Church, 4601 Wichita St., Fort Worth, TX 76119 (masks are required to be worn at the church). He will be interred next to his precious "Peaches" at Skyvue Memorial Gardens, 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Road., Mansfield, TX 76063.
