EARL DUEL PHILLIPS, 75, Marlow, Okla., died at 2:15 a.m. Thursday, July 2, in a Marlow hospital following a long illness.
Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home at Marlow. The Rev. Darrell Cates, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Marlow will officiate, and burial will be in Marlow Cemetery.
Phillips was born Aug. 7, 1903, in Coal Hill, Ark. He had been a Marlow resident since 1918, and had worked as a night watchman. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Marlow.
Survivors include five brothers, Estes Phillips and Edd Phillips, both of Marlow, James Phillips, Wichita Falls, Texas, Lee Phillips and Bob Phillips, both of Oklahoma City; five sisters, Mrs. Nora Castles, Wichita Falls, Miss Ida Belle Phillips and Mrs. Ora Miller, both of Oklahoma City, Mrs. Cora Pierce, Marlow, and Mrs. Beulah Kreech, Rosemond, Calif.
