He was born in Conoy Twp., a son of the late John and Mary Shoaff Fahs, and was a brick and stone mason before retiring. He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Bainbridge, and a life long resident of the area. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. John F. Kissinger, York; and Mrs. Lydia Melchoir, Allentown."
