Bill Walker was the second born son of Byron and Wilma Walker. He grew up in Flint Texas and served in the Navy during the last part of WWII and Korea. He went into the ministry in 1955 and served multiple churches throughout East and Deep East Texas. He married Mazalene Walker in 1953 and several years later they adopted 2 children. He died in Palestine from heart disease.
