Shirley Brown Parr, 85, passed away August 18, 2021 at her home in Cannelton, IN. She was born January 28, 1936 to the late Drolus and Minnie K. (Hempfling) Brown in Perry County.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving is her children, Emma Kratzer of Rockport, IN, Clyde Parr of Cannelton, IN, Stacey ( Scott) Fruge of Hawesville, KY; siblings, Peggy (Dennis) Bolin of Cannelton, IN, Joan (Onie) Reed of Tell City, IN, Diana Brown of Tell City, IN Charlie (Doris) Brown of Dale, IN; 12 grandchildren, 21 great- grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 3 daghters, Dena Parr, Carol Parr, Katherine Parr, siblings, Clifton Brown, Richard Brown, Donnie Brown, June Risse, Fern Brown and a grandchild, Isabelle.
Funeral services will be1:00pm Monday August 23, 2021 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with Bro. Eugene Bolin officiating. Burial in Lilly Dale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00am to 1:00pm Monday at the funeral home.
