She was preceded in death by her son, Tommy France; father, William H. Taylor; sister, Melinda Gail Taylor; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Edd and Ruby Strange; and stepfather, Ron Winkle.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Valentine; mother, Alma Ruth Winkle; son, Wayne France; brothers, Ricky (:Lora) Taylor, Don Taylor, Gary (Judy) Taylor and David (Anita) Taylor; grandchildren, Brady France and Eston Turner France; brothers-in-law, Jack Keller, Herbie (Debbie) Keller of Newport, Haskell (Teresa) Valentine of Morristown; sisters-in-law, Sandy (Ron) Etherton of Newport, and Marie (George) Johnson of Oneida; her loving and loyal pet "Biscuit"; also several nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, January 16, 2014 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jerry Williams officiating.
