His car left the road and struck a bridge railing and caught on fire on Highway 60 east of Dexter, Mo. Owner and distributor of Moorman Feed Co in Sikeston. WWII Veteran. Married Wilma Powell 12/28/1946 who survives along with sons Charles avid Jr and Mark Steven both of Sikeston; father Marvin of Marston; brothers James of Marston and Randell of S. Haven, Mich; sisters Mrs Geraldine Lane of Festus, Mrs Evelyn King of Dallas, Tx, Mrs Opal Newton and Mrs Legretta Sipult both of Sikeston, and Mrs Berniece Greenway of Lebanon.
