Legretta Sipult, age 83, died June 24, 2014 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.

Born July 17, 1930 in Ridgely, Tennessee, daughter of the late James Marvin and Daisy Elizabeth (Ladd) Fausett, she was a member of Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.

She had owned and operated Legretta's Beauty Shop and had been a sales clerk at the Elite Shop and Mary's Boutique before retiring.

On July 6, 1963 she married Dale Sipult; he preceded her in death May 24, 2004.

She is survived by one daughter, Deborah Jean Sipult of Sikeston; one brother, Randall Eugene Fausett of Sumner, Michigan; three grandchildren, JoAnn Mathson, Michael Robertson and Tracy Miller; 15 great grandchildren, Savannah, Robert, Taylor, Josh, Daisy, Allison, Olivia, Jake, Helen, Mandy, Cristal, April, Courtney, Spencer, Jil and Edwardo, Stephanie; and one great great grandson.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Clyde Allen Sipult and Ronnie Kay Miller.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 27, from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Ponder Funeral Home. The Rev. John Tarter, pastor of Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, will be officiating.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
