Lucilla June Gibson was born on August 4, 1961, in Talihina, Oklahoma to Joel Samuel Aaron and Marian Magdalene (Wickson) Aaron.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Alan Dale Gibson; and brother, Joel Samuel "Cubby" Aaron, II.
Lucilla married Audie Gibson on March 17, 1979, in the town of Wright City where they have lived for many years. Lucilla was employed at the Idabel Choctaw Casino for nine years.
She was a people person and loved meeting new people and making new friends Lucilla loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking family meals and decorating for every single holiday.
Lucilla also enjoyed listening to her old school music and drawing whether it was by herself or with her grandchildren. She was the family stone and her passing has left a huge void in her family's life.
Lucila is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, Audie; son, Adam Dakota Gibson, and wife Alicia Joy of Ada, OK; daughters, Stephanie Renae Gibson of Broken Bow, OK and Geneva Gail Gibson of Wright City, OK;
Sisters, Sandra Franklin, of Valliant, OK, Cynthia Shomo, of Broken Bow, OK, Jeanetta Aaron, of Durant, OK; 11 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
