Sarah Louise (Arleth) Kroll was a caring daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on June 21, 2021 at age 79.
She was born to George C. and Sarah L. (Rayner) Arleth on October 21, 1941in Trenton, NJ and grew up in the family home in Morrisville, PA. After graduating from high school, Sarah (Sally) married her husband (1963), Hank while he was serving in the military on the East Coast. Once married, they moved to the Chicago area where they built their family and business together.
Sarah loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family and friends or anyone who entered. Family and neighborhood friends would regularly gather around the large kitchen table for her homemade pizza, hoagies and game nights. She was a skilled seamstress and made cherished creations from clothing to doll clothes in addition to many creative costumes. Sarah shared and taught her many talents, but mostly shared herself leaving all us with many cherished memories and the lesson of patience and compassion.
Sarah is survived by her loving husband Henry Kroll, Jr. Children: Henry (Ilene) Kroll, Steven (Kim) Kroll, Duane (Barb) Kroll, Chris (Tom) Alwicker, Kevin (Jaime) Kroll, and Dionne (Paul) Leonhardt; 21 grandchildren: Jessica, Mike, Karen (Tyler), Trevor, Jacob, Stephanie, Steven, Kaitlin (Brian), Kristina (Seth), Kourtney, Zach, Daniel, Jack, Zack, Samantha, Jack, Joey and Paulie; and eight great grandchildren: Matt, Morgan, Finn, Adalynn, Alan, Olivia, Lukas, and Lillian.
She is preceded in death by: her parents George & Sarah (Rayner) Arleth of Morrisville, PA, her loving daughter-in-law Tiffany (Neibuhr) Kroll, and her five brothers and one sister.
