Margaret Mary "Maggie" Meiners Bunch was born on November 28, 1951 in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida to Paul John Meiners and Margaret Mary Schaible Meiners. She had five siblings. On June 8, 1972 Maggie married Gerald Carter "Jerry" Bunch in Collin County, Texas, and they became the parents of Charles Bunch, Barbara Bunch Martin, Anna "Anne" Bunch Tellez, and Margaret Bunch Briskey and grandparents of many grandchildren.

Maggie passed away at age 68 on March 20, 2020 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas and was buried at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in San Antonio.

Maggie never knew a stranger. She lived for her faith, family, and friends. Any free time found Maggie making rosaries or spending that time with her grandchildren. She and Jerry were involved with the Atlar Society of St. Helena's Catholic Church.
