Susan Gail Poff, daughter of Sarah L. and Jack F. Moore (deceased) passed away Tuesday, March 02nd, 2021 at Sunrise Hospital of Las Vegas, NV, due to heart disease.

She was born in Huntsville, Alabama. When Susan was two years old, her Momther moved with her siblings to Gardenia, California. Susan's Mother met Jack F. Moore, married in 1959. And together raised Sarah's children, with her second husband Jack Moore. Susie, was raised in Huntington Beach Calfornia, until moving to Frazier Park, California. At 21 yrs old she moved to Las Vegas, NV, and went to work in the Casino'a as a dealer, until her passing. Susie was 66 years old.

When Covid hit the Nation, Susie retired from The Las Vegas Flamingo Hilton Casino and Hotel in March of 2020.
She was a " 21" dealer for over 30 years at the Flamingo Hilton on the Las Vegas Strip. Her personality plus and radiant smile, people from all over the world were attracted to. She was blond, beautiful and a precious woman and sweet lady. Being a born southern gal, she inheritied her Mother's southern ways as well.

She left behind a son, John M. Moore & Grandson's Joseph & John Moore of Las Vegas NV. On June 30th, 2021, Susie became a Great Grandma of a baby boy, by oldest Grandson, John, in June of 2021, after her passing.

Susie was the fourth child of four siblings, being the youngest daughter & child.
She left behind older sister, Linda Ann "Sissy" Williamson and husband (Lee) of Black Mountain, NC. A brother Roy W. Poff, and wife (Diane) of Las Vegas, NV. Oldest brother Larry Lee Poff, (deceased) formerly of Las Vegas, NV.
Niece Samantha Elizabeth Poff of Virginia. Nephews Christopher Poff (Sarai) of Las Vegas NV. Donny Poff ( Crystal) of TX. Nephews Heath and Roger Poff of Frazier Park, Cal.
Great-nehews, Bryce, Daymean & Robert Poff & Great Niece, Jaide Poff. All of Las Vegas, NV.

Susie was a ray of sunshine, would help anyone especially her family & friends.
She had her own way of talking, walking and charm. She was a giver. Her greatest fears were anyone going hungry, and she always made sure her grandsons never went without or go hungry. She adored them to the Moon & back. She would of been an awesome Great-Grandma.

She loved her former job, and gave it with all of her heart. The Las Vegas Flamingo Hilton could always depend on their Susie when they needed her on the floor dealing cards. I notified The Flamingo of her passing, they took it hard. It filled my heart, to know how much they loved & appreciated her deeply.

She had two sweet cats that she saved as kittens Junior & Teacup that she loved deeply, and they her. And they miss their little Momma this very moment, lost they truly are now. For all they knew was her love for them.

She will be loved and missed for all our life. Susie's life long best friend, of over 50 yrs (Sandy Traum of Bakersfiled, California) in her life since childhood. And those for a short while, (Sammi her neighbor of Las Vegas,NV), that has taken her passing as deeply and hard as her family.
In the days ahead many from around the Las Vegas area will learn & feel her presence being gone. She knew no stranger within her life especially working in the public for years, just as her Mother had. She was born in the south, raised upon the west coast but that southern charm remained within her heart & soul
.
Tonight a piece of my heart died with her, for she was my baby sister. She was the youngest, the healthiest one of us kids. When our brother brother Larry passed June of 2020 she took it harder then any of us. For she was there for him during his final weeks upon this earth, more then anyone.

We were as close as two sisters could be, she was my baby girl & I will miss her for all the days of my life. When our Mom brought her home from the hospital, Momma, told me, " this is your baby too, to care & love for", she was right, Susie was my baby girl too.

I know we shall be together again, but for now, this is a very lonely world, and very empty. Her voice I will miss each day we spoke, her laughter and smile will bring tears & memories to my heart. Our last words over the phone just hours before her passing, "I love you, I'll call you tomorrow". Tomorrow will never come, four hours later she was gone of a heart attack.

Susie was unique, a special lady, a sweet heart, forever loved, for always missed, our little blond blue eyed Susie, our sweetheart, that ray of sunshine is now shining in heaven. BTW, Susie loved & adored Elvis Presley, her favorite song, "Let Me Be Your Teddy Bear".
Hugs & Kisses Baby Girl. there will never be another you.

Susie's final wishes are to be cremated, funeral arrangements and/or memorial will be known at a later time.
" Missing You Always"
You never said I'm leaving, you never said goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and God only knows why. In Life I loved you dearly. In death I love you still. In my heart I hold a place, that only you can fill. It broke my heart to lose you. But you didn't go alone. A part of me went with you. The day that God took you Home. My Heart Loves You Forever & Ever Baby Sister.
