Mrs. John Askey Dead
Word was received here Thursday night from Nixon that Mrs. John Askey, who has been ill so long, had died about 7 o'clock, and the message requested that a coffin and hearse be sent out. The interment will be at the family burying ground at the old Askey place, about three miles from town, this afternoon. Deceased leaves two sons, Lloyd and Walker Askey, to mourn her death. The Inquirer extends sympathy the family in their bereavement.
