BRUNSWICK ·Warren Walter Russell, 69, of Brunswick, father of Auburn residents, died Monday, October 2, at Mid Coast Hospital, following a long illness. Born in Skowhegan, February 16, 1941, he was the son of Clara Crabtree and the late Albert Russell Sr., of Berwick.
Mr. Russell lived in California for many years running his tree service business before moving back to Maine a few years ago.
Survivors include his mother, Clara Russell of Berwick; a daughter and her husband, Clara and James Bennett of Auburn; a son and his wife, Bob and Michelle Russell of Auburn; two brothers and their wives, Albert Jr. and Monique of Lewiston and David and Patricia of South Berwick; two sisters and their husbands, Barbara and Larry Straffin of North Berwick and Hilda and Willis Davis of Rochester, N.H.; his long time loving companion, Eve Furbish of Brunswick; four grandchildren, Cameron and Zachary Bennett and Cody and Shelbea Russell, all of Auburn; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
