ADRON LANE
Adron Lane was born March 14, 1850, in DeWitt Co., a son of Elihu and Sidney Fruit Lane. He married Feb. 18,1870 to Hulda Jenkins Feb. 18, 1870.
To this union following children were born: Charles P., John P., Edmund O, Ralph D., and Mrs. Dessie Raines, all of Clinton; Mrs. Henry Polston of Springfied; and George C. of Henry, IL. One daughter, Mrs. John Cahill preceded him in death. Half brothers and sisters survive: Mrs. Bodkins, Clinton; Cal of Kansas and Sam and Neil of Calif; twenty-five grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
