Isaac Sowerwine died at his home southeast of Warren Sunday after a long illness resulting from cancer of the throat.
The deceased was a veteran of the Civil War and was born in 1840. The funeral was held from the Union Chapel at McNatts Tuesday and the burial was in the Jones Cemetery. The services were in charge of Rev. Valentine of Van Buren.
