Nichols of East Pasadena; four sisters, Miss Blanche Purcell, Pasadena, Mrs. Maude Skinner, Mrs. Betty Brookhauser of Los Angles, Mrs. Ida Murray, St. Louis, Missouri; also one brother, Claude A. Purcell, Everett, Washington. Services will be held Wednesday, at 2 p.m. in St. John Chapel, Stump Mortuary, 60 North Daisy Avenue, East Pasadena. Interment, Mountain View Cemetery.

Purcell and Clara Hannah Bean, age 75, was born June 23, 1875 in Montgomery County, Iowa and died April 8, 1951 at 6:50 p.m. at the Los Angeles County General Hospital of broncho pneumonia, Thomas Y. Wihler, M. D., burial April 11, 1951 in Mountain View Cemetery, Stump Mortuary, Pasadena, California. He was a carpenter into building construction.
