She was born, along with her twin, Edna, in Pomeroy, Iowa, July 31, 1871. She moved to Catlin, now West Kelso, in 1902. Survivors include her widower, two sons Chase and Merton of Kelso; one daughter, Mrs. Mildred Osier, Port Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Patton and Mrs. Edith Griswold, Kelo; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was a member of the Central Christian Church, the St. Helens Rebekahs Lodge and Neighbors of Woodcraft.
The funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Ditlevsen Chapel with Rev. Roy Titus officiating. Burial will be in the Kelso IOOF cemetery.
