She was predeceased by : her husband Govan Smith Jr.; her son Jesse Lynn Smith; her parents, Clyde Thacker and Alice Thacker; and her siblings, Dave, Ebb, Bob, James, Herman Thacker, Minnie Allen, Virginia Horton, Marynell Rollins and Beatrice Gibson. She is survived by : her daughter Mary Alice Brady (Tom Brooks); and her grandsons, Joshua Govan Brady and Zachary Wayne Brady.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 1st 2020 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Christian Sells Funeral Home (1520 E Main St, Rogersville, TN 37857). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 2nd 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Choptack Church (5973 TN-66, Rogersville, TN 37857). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 2nd 2020 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
