Mr. Lowe, who was a civilian worker in the water department at Amarillo Air Force Base, died at 5:30 a.m. Monday in St. Anthony's Hospital.
He was born in Grapevine and was a member of the Sunrise Baptist Church and had been an Amarillo resident since 1951.
Survivors are sons, Clifton and Bobby of the home and Melvin of Neuces; a daughter, Mrs. Genell Mitchell of 3618 NE 10th; brothers, Cam of Shreveport, La., Lee of Dallas, Harold and Lester of Grapevine; sisters, Mrs. Vera Taylor of Sacramento, Calif.; Mrs. Ida McAtee and Mrs. Doris Brown of Grapevine, and nine grandchildren.
