The service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Fawn Grove United Methodist Church, 67 S. Market St., Fawn Grove. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Viewing will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown.
Mrs. Ruff was born Sept. 28, 1916, in Norrisville, Md. She was the daughter of the late John Milton and Mary Jane (Rohrbaugh) Heaps.
She was a seamstress at the former Fawn Grove Sewing Factory and at the former L. Grief Manufacturing in Stewartstown; most recent ly, she was a custodian at Kennard-Dale High School and at Fawn United Methodist Church in Fawn Grove. She was a life member of Fawn United Methodist Church and a member of American Association of Retired Persons.
Mrs. Ruff is survived by two sons, James W. Ruff of York and Ronald L. Ruff of Stewartstown; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Ethel Humbert of Stewartstown and Belle Brown of Fawn Grove.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Michael A. Druck, and the Rev. Melissa A. McDade, pastor of Norrisville United Methodist Charge.
