He was 91, and had been a resident of Monroe. His parents were the late Freman E. and Jesse (Goos) Neal. He and his wife were married in 1953. He will be deeply missed by his wife, two sons, a daughter, 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren ( with one on the way), his 3 brothers, a sister, and a dear niece that was also his caretaker.
