Ada Love, age 85, of Stockbridge, GA died June 23, 2004. She was born in Stockbridge, GA to the late Lovie Jane and John David Phillips. She loved being a homemaker which included taking care of the house and caring for her children and grandchildren, pets Sammy, the dog, and Penny, the cat. Ada Love is survived by sons, Raleigh Phillip Love, Stockbridge, GA, Oliver Hiram Love, Monticello, GA, Thomas David Love, Stockbridge, GA; daughters, Margaret Ann Love, Stockbridge, GA, Betty Love McClendon, Stockbridge, GA; sister, Florence May Love, Stockbridge, GA; sisters-in-law, Margaret Love Covington, Savannah, GA, Sue Love, Conyers, GA, Belle (Sis) Phillips, Macon, GA, Ruby Phillips, Stockbridge, GA; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raleigh Hiram Love and daughter, Joyce Irene Grice. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on June 26, 2004 at the Chapel of Cannon-Cleveland with Rev. Butch Butcher, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens with grandsons serving as pallbearers. Those who wish may make donations to the Arthritis or Diabetes Foundation.
