Greenwich, Utah - Our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, Rolland McKay Bagley, age 89, passed away on May 16, 2018 at his home in Greenwich. He was born March 20, 1929 in Greenwich, a son of George Alma and Mary Elizabeth Winget Bagley. He graduated from Richfield High School, Class of 1947 and attended Snow College in Ephraim for one year.

He married Elsie Laverda Chappell, October 6, 1950 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple September 28, 1957. Elsie preceded him in death on February 16, 2009.

Rolland was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in many different callings, but his favorite was working in the temple. He spent many years as an ordinance worker in the Manti Temple. He served a mission to the Chicago Illinois Temple with this sweetheart, Elsie.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Rolland is survived by his children: Jessie and Kay Barton of Roy; Rolland Grant and Sue Bagley of Cedar City; Rex McKay and Torri Bagley of Sigurd; Gale Jay Bagley of Altamont; Steven Scott and Loretta Bagley of Huntington; Lydia Charlene Dansie of South Jordan; Alan Brent and Kaylyn Bagley of Greewich; Kent Wayne and Myrnadeen Bagley of Sevier; 34 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Alene Sevy of Brigham City; Leola and Don Herzog of Salt Lake City.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a son-in-law: Robert Dansie; and his siblings: Dean Bagley, Lula Payne, Ione Black, Keith Bagley and Lynn Bagley.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 25, 2018 at 12:00 Noon in the Koosharem LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, Thursday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or at the ward chapel in Koosharem, Friday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 prior to the services.

Burial will be in the Koosharem Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
