Gloria E Howe, 78 of Auburn died Sunday May 13, 2018 at Auburn Village in Auburn. She was born March 3, 1940 in Paulding County, OH to Alfred E and Alma L (Stoll) Woodcock.

Gloria was a Homemaker. She was a former member and Treasurer of the Butler Eagles and a longtime Head of the Hobbies and Crafts Division of the DeKalb County Fair. She was an avid Euchre player where she enjoyed playing at the Hamilton Fish and Game Club and the Moose Lodge.

Gloria married William Howe on May 31, 1959 in Auburn and he survives.

She is also survived by a son and daughter in law, Kerry D and Jamie Howe of Angola; grandchildren, Crystal (Dwight) Howe of South Carolina, Corina (Will) Cooper of Auburn, Kerry M (Michel) Howe of Alaska, Megan Howe of Charlestown, IN and Madison Thacker of Angola; 7 Great Grandchildren; 1 brother and 4 sisters, Glen Woodcock of Churubusco, Carolyn Healy of Auburn, Marge (James Koegel) Hecht of Fort Wayne, Linda Kapp of Auburn and Constance "Sue" (Lynn) Carper of Auburn and a former daughter in law Karen Mansfield of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son David W Howe, 2 brothers Marvin Woodcock and Thomas Woodcock and a brother in law, Dale Healy.

Services will be 1 PM Friday May 18, 2018 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn, IN. Burial will follow the service in Woodlawn Cemetery, Auburn. Calling is Thursday from 2 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
