She was born June 21, 1927, in West Jordan, Utah, to Vernal G. and Harriet Riggs Gardner. She attended the University of Utah. She married Dr. Desmond Wilkerson. He preceded her in death. She later married Tyler H. Fletcher in Vienna, Austria. He also preceded her in death. She was a homemaker, artist and restorer of antique porcelain.
She was preceded in death by a son, Leslie Rawls Fletcher.
Survivors include four children, Desmond W. Fletcher and Dr. Gardner L. Fletcher, both of Hattiesburg, Miss., Hugh H. Fletcher of Tucson, Ariz., and Tyler R. Fletcher of Salado; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
