Reba Mavis Watson Brandon FLORENCE, SC - Reba Mavis Watson Brandon, 88, of Florence, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at her residence after an illness. Mrs. Brandon was born in McRae, GA, a daughter of the late William Walter and Beatrice Whited Watson. She was a member of Quincy Pentecostal Holiness Church in Florida, and enjoyed the television ministry of Florence Baptist Temple.
She is preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her husband, Owen Glenmore Brandon; a son, William Walter "Bill" Brandon; and ten siblings.
Surviving are a son, David (Joan) Brandon of Florence; two daughters, Patricia B. Williams of Florence and Shirley J. Sunday of Salt Lake City, UT; a sister, Virginia B. (Fred) Ogilvie of Perry, FL; five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services held Saturday, September 14, 2013 in the Chapel of Stoudenmire - Dowling Funeral Home.
Burial held Sunday, September 15, 2013, in the Mill Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery in Smithfield, VA, directed by Colonial Funeral Home.
