Mrs Dingus was born July 29, 1917, in Clay County, MO, the daughter of Robert Wilson and Melvina Taylor Stafford. She had been a lifelong Clay County Resident. She devoted her life to being a wife and mother. Mrs Dingus was a member of the Liberty Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, a sister, as well as her husband, William H Dingus Sr., a daughter Doris and son Terry. She is survived by thee sons, William H. Dingus JR, and Jerry L Dingus, both of Liberty, Robert H. Dingus Richmond, MO, two daughters Sandra Jones and Carol Wall, both of Kearney, MO, a sister, Maxine Greer, Pleasant Hill, MO, 12 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
