Black River Falls, Wis.--William Spiering, 74, died Wednesday morning in the local hospital.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Langlois Galston Funeral Home. The Rev. Raymond Huss will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Friends may call Thursday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
Mr. Spiering was born Feb. 7, 1886, in Oconto County. He lived here the past 41 years. After retiring from the railroad he worked as a carpenter and saw filer.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Sebert Olson and Mrs. William Laib, both Black River Falls and Mrs. Herbert Betz, Dallas, Wis.; four brothers, Albert, Three Lakes, John, Shawano, Gus, Black River Falls, Edward, Manitowoc, and numerous nieces and nephews.
