Ermastein Burnette, 91, of Amarillo died Friday, February 23, 2018.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Ermastein was born January 18, 1927, in Amarillo to Levest and Clarabell Reneau. She worked as an operator and payroll clerk at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for forty years. Ermastein was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melva Adrian Burnette; and two brothers, James and Buddie Reneau.
Survivors include a son, Adrian Burnette, of Amarillo; and two brothers, Russell Reneau and Robert Reneau, both of Amarillo.
The family suggests memorials to Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 555 E, Hastings 79108.
The family will receive friends from 3-4:00 p.m., Sunday, February 25, 2018, at the funeral home.
