Slaton of Carrollton, succumbed to injuries this morning at the Grenada hospital following an automobile accident yesterday about 10 o'clock when she fell from a truck and the wheels passed over her body. --- Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Pisgah Baptist church with rites conducted by Rev. L. D. Sellers. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Wilson and Knight in charge. --- Besides her parents, she is survived by the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Annie Maud Hoover, Mrs. Myrtis Ugalini, Miss Josephine Slaton, all of Greenville; Mrs. Christine Williams, Grenada; Marvin Slaton, Greenwood; Paul Slaton, Thomas Slaton and Bobby Slaton, all of Carrollton."
