"John H. Terry, 76, of Douglas Ave., Bernardsville, died Thursday, June 19 at Morristown Memorial Hospital 10 days after rescue workers found him in woods near his home. He had been missing for almost two days, and was hospitalized for injuries suffered after he tripped and fell over some brush.

"He was also on the board of directors of both the Matheny School in Peapack and the former Somerset Hills Bank.

"Funeral arrangements were handled by Bailey Funeral Home in Peapack. Services were private.
"Memorial gifts may be made to the Matheny School, Peapack.
"The family of Mr. Terry sent a $500 donation to the Peacock-Gladstone Police Department, which aided in the search for him on the weekend of June 6 and 7. "
