Seamons Services Set for Tonight And Saturday
Funeral services for Chauncey R. Seamons, 74, of 501 Albert street, will be held at 7 p.m. today at the Hixson funeral home with Rev. Theo Wegener officiating.
Services will also be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Community chapel with Rev. Loyell Baggett officiating. Burial will be in the Community chapel cemetery. Mr. Seamons died suddenly at 8 p.m. Thursday night at his home.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Emma Seamons of Lake Charles; a son, Hiram R. Seamons, also of Lake Charles; a grandson; and a sister, Mrs. C. A. Barnhart of Wilton, Iowa.
