She was born June 7, 1940 in Tippecanoe County, Indiana to the late Benjamin and Eloise (Grolo) Nydegger. Nancy graduated from Lauramie High School, class of 1958.
On October 10, 1961, she married Paul D. Balser in Stockwell; he preceded her in death on May 15, 1990.
Nancy proudly worked as a homemaker, lovingly taking care of her family and raising her children. She was a member of Buck Creek United Methodist Church.
Nancy enjoyed sewing and crafts but above all she cherished her time spent with her family and friends.
Nancy is survived by three daughters; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers; and one sister.
Along with her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ellie Cox and Connie Twiggs; her daughter, Teresa Balser; and her great-grandson, Connor.
