Nellie Bandy, 67 of Wheelersburg Route 2, died Sunday January 13, 1991 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born January 22, 1923, in Wheelersburg, a daughter of the late Jesse Leroy and Fanny May Rose Robinson. Surviving are two sons, Lonnie Joe Bandy of Minford, Tony Lee Bandy of New Boston; a daughter, Sandra Bedford of Lyra; two brothers, Elmer Robinson of South Webster and Omar Robinson of Arizona; three sisters, Alma Cardwell of Portsmouth, Bessie Mae Vipperman of Taylor, Michigan, and Hazel Cook of South Webster; and three grandchildren. Services will be held at two pm Wednesday at D. W. Davis Funeral Home in South Webster with the Rev. Gary Caldwell officiating, and interment in Vernon Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 pm Tuesday, and until the services Wednesday at the funeral home.
