Joseph Hogan Hatch

Joseph passed away on October 26th surrounded by loved ones. He was born November 5th, 1930 to Ammon Call and Anna Olive Hogan Hatch in Hatch, Idaho.

Joe’s second love was horses, after his first love, his wife of course. He enjoyed reading, especially his horse magazines. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where he received several callings and held his faith close to his heart.

Survived by his wife Sharon; seven children Shelly (Glen) Austin, Margaret Durrant, Rayne (James) Olin, Laurie Hatch, Patti (Blaine) Adderley, Chad (Kim) Hatch, and Mark (Jenna) Allen; 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 1st from 6-8 PM at Larkin Mortuary-Riverton, 3688 West 12600 South, Riverton. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 2nd at 11:00 AM Riverton 1st Ward, 1500 West 13200 South, Riverton, with a viewing one hour prior to services. Interment to follow at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. 10600 S., Sandy.
