He is survived by his mother of Orem; three sisters, Mrs. Shirley (Gladys) Richards, Moses Lake, Washington, Mrs. Curg (LaDean) Madsen, Orem; Mrs. Beverly Zabriskie, Salt Lake City. Two brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
Funeral was Tuesday, March 20, in Orem. Burial in Orem City Cemetery.
