Boyce was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Lillian; son, Linsey; daughter, Betty Kalen; grandson, Jeremy Baker; also brothers, Loyde Baker, George Stout, Lawrence Stout, Charlie Stout, Norman Stout; and sister, Pauline Hancock(Stout).
Boyce is survived by daughter, Diane Still and significant other, Ron; sons, Burl Baker, Ken and wife, Patti Baker, Sammy Baker and Wesley Baker; grandchildren, Cherlyn, Tammy, Juan, Danny, Carolyn, Kenny, Justin, Kimberly, Valerie and Jessica; several great-grandchildren, as well as a host of other relatives and friends who loved him.
Boyce served in the Civilian Conservation Corps, worked for Southern Pacific Railroad and then Roseburg Forest Products, where he retired. He loved cars and motor bikes. He was a hard-working man who loved his family and he will be greatly missed.
For those who wish to pay their respects, there will a visitation on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Taylor's Family Chapel in Winston, Oregon. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. following the visitation at Taylor's Family Chapel. Burial will be at Cleveland Hill Cemetery.
