OBITUARY
GRACE W. AMBURGEY
Grace W. Amburgey, 97, a 68-year Madison Heights resident, died Sunday, June 8, 1997, at her home in Madison heights. She was born Aug. 10, 1899.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert T., on Aug. 20, 1964. The two were married March 25, 1916 in Charlevoix. A daughter, Nellie Holowitz, died Nov. 16, 1988.
Surviving are her children, James (Agnes) of Madison Heights, Elma Scheidler of Madison Heights, and Emma (Roy) Gramer of Linden; 16 grandchildren; about 40 great-grandchildren; and about 30 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation, 5-8 p.m. today and 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kinsey-Garrett Funeral Home, 420 S. Lafayette, Royal Oak; service, 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Timothy Teague of the Evangel Temple Church of God in Warren, officiating, burial, Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak.
