She was married December 9,1891, to John W. Frost. To this union two daughters were born: Mrs Eva Hagen and Mrs Velma Parkhurst, both of Worth, MO.
With the exception of three years spent in Oklahoma, she resided in Worth and Gentry counties, MO. Her husband preceded her in death in the year 1906.
Part of the remaining twenty-eight years of her life was spent at Albany, MO, where she educated her two daughters. Later she spent much of her time with her aged mother at Davis City and with her two daughters.
At the age of 16 years she was converted and united with the Methodist church at Davis City. In the year 1914 she consecrated her life anew to the Lord and was filled with the Holy Spirit continuing faithful until the end, admonishing her children to prepare for the soon coming of the Lord.
She leaves to mourn her departure her two daughters and four grandchildren. Neil, John and Wanda Marcella, Parkhurst and Lewis Hagen, an aged mother, Mrs. Maria Reed, three sisters, Mrs. M. C. Woodard and Mrs. Joseph McLain of Davis City, and Mrs. Earl Walters of St. Joseph, MO, and two brothers, Douglas Davis of Davis City, and Clayton Davis of Red Bluff, CA, also many other relatives and a host of friends.
