Mary Inez Miller was the daughter of Lester Albon and Sadie Alice (Davis) Miller. She was married to John Arnold Moore on September 1, 1940, in White County, IN. She was last employed as a business secretary.

Mary Inez Miller Moore, 72, died Saturday, May 6, 1995, in Lafayette Home Hospital, where she had been a patient ten days. Born June 25, 1922, at Wolcott, she was a 1940 graduate of Wolcott High School. On Sept. 1, 1940, she was married to J. Arnold Moore, at Wolcott, and he survives.

Mrs. Moore had lived at Fowler from 1941-1983, and in Lafayette the past 12 years. She had worked at Benton County Co-0p, now Jasper County Co-op, at Fowler for 20 years. She was a member First Presbyterian Church and Order of Eastern Star, both in Fowler.

Surviving with her husband are one son, Gary Moore (wife Mary I. Barnard) of Lafayette; one daughter, Bonnie (Mrs. Ralph) Zarse of Reynolds; three sisters, Ivey Yount, Anna Gosman and Thelma Kendall, all of Monticello; one brother, Lloyd Miller of Indianapolis; and four grandchildren. Preceded in death by three brothers.
