Obituary:
Lorenza Watters of Shirleysburg passed away Tuesday, February 9 1954, at 2:15 a.m. at Shirleysburg. He was born June 21, 1862, in Nossville, Fulton County, a son of Steven H. and Martha (Parsons) Watters. He never marred. Watters was a farmer by occupation. The following half-brother and half-sisters survive: Isaac Watters of Orbisonia, Mrs. Carrie Parsons of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Mrs. Jennie Phillips, Mrs. Mary Parsons, and Mrs. Eliza Bollinger, all of Mount Union. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 11, at 2 p.m. in the Ott funeral home in Orbisonia. Burial will be made in the Salem Cemetery in Dublin Township. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Wednesday.
