Leo H. Bemis Born June 13, 1923 in Estes Brook, Minnesota, died January 27, 2007 in Moses Lake. He moved to Washington from Minnesota in 1949, having resided in the Tacoma - Sumner area, Cle Elum and Moses Lake. Leo was a career truck driver and enjoyed fishing with his wife Mildred. Survived by his children, Tom Bemis, Butte, Montana; Jean DiGennaro, Puyallup; Lee Bemis, Moses Lake; brother, Lynn Bemis, Minnesota; 6 granddaughters, 1 great-granddaughter. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Sumner United Methodist Church, 901 Wood Ave. Interment will follow at Tahoma National Cemetery.
