It is assumed at this point that John Thomas' body was interred somewhere in Young County as that's where he died.

Services for John T. Veal were held in Owens & Brumley Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside rites were held in the Pioneer Cemetery in Graham. Mr. Veal died in a Wichita Falls hospital. Survived by his wife - Mrs. Jimmie Veal of La Habra, California; five sons - A.B. Veal, John T. Veal, Jr., Vernon Veal, Mat Veal, Billy Veal; two daughters - Mrs. Mary Simons, Mrs. Rebecca Truell; 23 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
