He was a veteran of WWII, member of 376 Bombardment Group, member of S P Waltrip Lodge 1328, A F & A M, and a member of Terrace United Methodist Church. Andy founded Burns Pump Service in 1950 and has been actively involved for 56 years. He was born to Andrew Burns, Sr., and Grace Burns. Andy is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, William and Vernon Burns, and his sister, Edloise Merrill, and his grandson, Hunter Burns. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Joyce Burns; son, Ronald Burns and daughter, Marsha Burns; granddaughter, Rachael Miclette and husband, Toby.
