Dolly was born several months after father Perry Gaskill had passed away. Her mother Florence Peck Gaskill raised seven children on a Camas Prairie dry farm. Dolly left the farm found employment in Boise and met Richard Fessenden at a USO dance in 1943, they married at the Camas farm in 1945. Moving to Wellsville, NY for employment three children were born at this location. Dolly worked retail, sometimes working two jobs after Richard was disabled from MS, they moved to Buffalo, NY moving to Idaho in 1977. Dolly worked for the state of Idaho retiring in 1990. Dolly took care of several family members in their last years, always a caring person to so many, she was appreciated. Parents, brothers Lyle and John Gaskill, sisters Nellie Hollenback and Mae Ballard, husband Richard and daughter Janice proceeded her in death. cremated ashes deposited on Perry and Florence Gaskill burial site.
